The US HAEA Listserv - DiscussHAE
Welcome to our private email support group for HAE patients, family members, and care givers. This email group provides an open forum for information sharing, emotional support, and frank discussions on issues facing the HAE patient community.
Our Listserv is an online patient support group within which HAE patients disclose and share personally
identifiable information and private matters concerning their medical condition. The US HAE Association values your privacy - we take great efforts to ensure that any personally identifiable information will never be disclosed to an outside party.In this regard, this is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator.
It is also a closed list, which means you can join in only one of two ways:
1)if you have HAE, your subscription will be held for approval until you have signed up as a member of the US HAEA at
2)if you are a relative of someone with HAE, your subscription will be held for approval until your relative who is an HAEA member emails us and verifies your relationship.
So please sign up as an HAEA member or have your relative who is an HAEA member verify your relationship by emailing email@example.com within 7 days.
If we do not receive a response within that time, your request will be cancelled.
If you miss the deadline, feel free to contact us again. We want to include everyone in our Listserv while providing a safe place to share information. We hope you will make lasting connections here with those who share your HAE struggles and triumphs. Join today.
