This listserve is provided to members of the Georgia Bar and the Real Property Law Section (RPLS) for the purpose of providing a forum to discuss legal issues relating to Georgia real property law transactions and litigation. You must be a member of the Georgia Bar and the RPLS to participate in this Listserve. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the garealpropertylaw Archives. Subscribing to garealpropertylaw
Subscribe to garealpropertylaw by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator.
