Shorted rectifier tube, shorted bypass capacitor,
shorted filter capacitor, shorted final tube, shorted
feedthrough insulator.  There are all sorts of things
that might have happened.

Start by taking the rectifier tubes out.  If the fuse
still blows, then there is something on the
transformer side.  Check the B++ lead to ground with
an ohm meter.  If there is anything less than about
30K, then something is shorted in that line.

You are going to have to use basic trouble shooting
techniques rather than "shot gunning".  You might
happen onto the problem by jumping around, but the
best way is to start at one end or the other and look
for shorts.
