{Collins} Scope traces for a KWM-2 ?

Does any one have a list or even a marked up schematic with scope levels for
a KWM-2?

I have just purchased a KWM-2 and the radio has no grid drive (dead out of
the box). The vendor claimed the radio worked prior to shipment. The
receiver seems to work just fine even though the S meter appears to read
low.

I am getting about 10 Volts PP on the PA grids which I understand should be
around 70 V PP.

The 6CL6 driver tube has about 200 mv on the grid (which seems quite low
considering the gain
of a 6CL6 is around 30).  Probably that driver grid input should be around 2
Volts PP but I am not sure here.

All tubes check out OK.  DC levels and bias are correct. Relays appear to be
OK (I cleaned them up on spec).

Static DC voltages appear within spec on the XMIT chain.
