Though I'm sure it must have already been mentioned here,
but <http://www.justradios.com/> in Toronto, Canada,
sells excellent assortment kits of high voltage caps.
I bought several of their kits, and have almost all the 
inventory I need for any capping job.

My 390a has some of those rectangular "domino chip"
caps. It's been decades since I've seen those. Are they
considered reliable?
