The Postal Service still has reciprocal agreements with Fed EX. However
Priority Mail is still the greatest bargain on the planet! The USPS moves
more mail in two days than UPS and FED Ex combined does in a year. Maybe I
am a bit biased having worked for the Postal Service for over 23 years. As
one post stated, no one is immune from an occasional damaged package, but
proper packing is crucial. In all my eBay shipping (over 350 transactions),
not one damaged.
