{Collins} My 30S1 Amp

Good morning all,
   I'm still plugging along on the amp that had'nt been turned on for many years. Finally got screen current, idling plate current, clean relays, and on and on and it seems to work fb on SSB.
   But...when going to the CW position on the front switch I lose idling current and the output drops almost to zero. 
   What am I missing?? Before I lose any more sleep, is there any info out there to give me a hand. One of the drawbacks is that all I have is the Operating Manual/ Instruction Book and no Service Manual. There seems to be a dearth of info in the manual...no voltages, etc.
