{Collins} 516F-2 C1 needed

I'm trying to find a source for C1, 0.05 mfd, 1600VDC Poly cap.  I saw www.electronicsurplus.com listed in an article with P/N 16PS-S50 as a source, but I can't find the cap on their website.
