{Collins} 70K-2 PTO Broken Tension Clip

The back lash issue I ask about earlier turned out to be a broken tension
clip on the PTO core.

Next question - how hard is it to make and replace the clip? I hate to give
up on a perfectly good PTO because of a 2 cent piece of .015" thick brass.
