Web Technology Associate

 

 

The Chronicle of Higher Education seeks an experienced Web Technology
Associate to join our Recruitment Advertising Department. The Web
Technology Associate is responsible for the Recruitment Advertising
department's web-based initiatives in support of internal and external
customer service goals for both The Chronicle of Higher Education and
the Chronicle of Philanthropy. 

 

This person will be an integral part of the team responsible for
maintaining the web-based order form pages for the Chronicle of Higher
Education and The Chronicle of Philanthropy, as well as participating in
other web-based departmental initiatives. This person will also possess
the analytical skills necessary to build reports for the department
using Crystal Reports. Two years of experience and a Bachelor's degree
is required.

 

The successful candidate will have:

 

*	Strong web editing experience using  HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
*	Experience using SQL and Crystal Reports.
*	The ability to write technical documentation and provide
training for non-technical users.
*	Strong customer service skills, working with both internal and
external clients.
*	Ability to successfully resolve common technical problems.
*	A knack for learning and introducing new applications. 
*	Familiarity with Talisma and Mactive Advertising System a bonus
