This workshop will develop audition skills and work on practical aspects of auditioning such as slating, character development, and monologue development. Students will create an "audition package" consisting of a headshot, acting resume and a memorized audition piece selected from the following: a dramatic monologue, comedic monologue, classical monologue, a musical audition with steps. To get the most out of this class, select your audition monologue or musical audition in advance. This course is designed to work with each student at their own level.
