[NEohioPAL] Crossing Delancey- Canal Fulton Players- Reasons to Audition

There are several good reasons to audition on January 8 for Crossing Delancey:

1) It will be 58 degrees out and in January who wants to be cooped up at home when it is that temperature;

2) It will be the night after Ohio State becomes the National Champion or the best of the rest;

3) You can have a great time working with great people in a setting where a third year theatre is causing great things;

4) These are open auditions, thus, the best wins; and,

5) You can perform in an environmental theatre type setting.

This is a play which deals with a young Jewish girl who learns that love comes from rather different sources.  Izzy is a young girl, employed at a lower East Side of New York book store.  She is enamored with an established author and wishes to get more acquainted with him.  Her “Bubbie” or grandmother has other ideas.  Sam, a pickle maker and salesman, is the apple of Bubbie’s eye.  The efforts of Bubbie and the resistance of Izzy leads to comedy and romance.
Call David Van Gaasbeek at 330-494-1022 or 330-854-4387 for further information.
These are open auditions. All are welcome to audition.
