NOTICE
Monday through Wednesday,
February 18-20, 2008
6:00 PM - Playhouse Main Lobby
AUDITIONS will be held Monday through Wednesday, February 18
- 20 at 6:00 PM each day. Wednesday will be used for regular auditions and
possible call-backs. You may attend any or all of these dates. All roles are
open. We will audition all age ranges, 7 years +. The majority of roles are
adults, but children will be cast.
* Please arrive, complete the audition form and be ready to
start as close to 6:00 as possible on your chosen date(s).
* Please prepare a 1-2 minute song which highlights your vocal range and
strength.
* You may also be asked to quickly learn and sing specific numbers from the
show.
* You may be asked to do readings from the script.
* You may be asked to return Wednesday for call-backs.
This is a large production with multiple leads, multiple
supporting roles and a large ensemble. Approximately
80% of the cast will have solo vocal work within the show. The difficulty of music is moderate to
challenging.
The musical TITANIC is based on historical fact and real
people, not the movie. All show
characters are based on actual passengers or crew. The original production CD is available-
TITANIC, A New Musical. We expect this
project to be both challenging and rewarding, and hope you'll join us!
