Inviting all dancers and new beginners to Soraya's Middle Eastern Belly Dance aka. Raqs Sharqi Class.

Usually held on Wednesdays, this class will be held on Thursdays Jan. 17 and Jan. 24 for the next two weeks. 

 

**Accepting new students**

Location: Lisa Wilhelm Academy of Dance, 19555 Center Ridge Road, Rocky River, OH

Time: 7:00-8:15pm Thursday Jan. 17th and 24th  (stayed tuned to find out the schedule for the last week of Jan and Feb) 

Cost:  $15 per session, or purchase a discounted 4-class or 8-class card

"Egyptian Rhythm & Movement Seminar" with guest instructor, Master Percussionist and Grammy Award Nominee Souhail Kaspar from California.  Sat. Arabic Night Hafla/Party with live music and Souhail Kaspar at Kan Zaman (the new location at W25th and Franklin) on Saturday night following the workshop. (starts ~10pm)

 

Also, Souhail will be performing a concert with musician/composer Dr. AJ Racy at Otterbein College, Columbus OH on Sunday Jan. 27th at 7pm.  FREE.
