In honor of The Day of Dance for Health and American Heart Month, Let's Dance! Cleveland is hosting a public Dance for Heart Health.  Attendees will receive free instruction in the waltz, foxtrot and rumba. Let's Dance! Cleveland staff and star pupils will perform demonstrations, and the spacious studio floor will be open for duration of the event so guests can practice their moves, have fun and get cardiovascular exercise.  Heart-healthy refreshments will be provided, along with basic information about heart health and the cardiovascular benefits of dance.
