Empowering Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Join Darcy Providente, CYT in a benefit class for Panzi Hospital.  This hospital is dedicated to serving survivors of rape in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. 

Class begins at noon at Studio 11,

Women Speak Out for Peace and Justice present an afternoon program exploring women in the movement.

 From 2-4 at the Church of the Covenant,

Celebrate the Goddess

Vegetarian potluck, a short film about the Iraqi women's resistance, Middle Eastern fusion dance troupe Hareem Shar'eem, Women2Women Peace Flag Project and community drum circle with Cindy Hill of Rhythm Culture (drums provided).  The evening program is a benefit for a Cleveland area women's shelter.
