Hello List!
Orange Community Education & Recreation is gearing up for its 30th Annual Orange Jubilee, May 16th &17th, 2008.
The Jubilee Committee is looking for roving entertainers to engage crowds, specifically with a focus on children and family entertainment: musicians, singers, jugglers, performers, stilt walkers, balloon twisters, character actors, puppeteers, costumed characters, et cetera.
Spots are also still available for Main Stage musical groups or individual talents! Entertainment must be family oriented.
Because the Orange Jubilee is a non-profit event, payment is generally not available for this endeavor.
However, we CAN offer the following:
Volunteer Hours for Schools, Clubs, or
Individuals
Free Advertising for Your School, Group, Company, or Organization through Pamphlet/Info Distribution - Nothing can be sold, but there is no limit on the amount of coupons, giveaways, pamphlets, etc. that can be distributed to crowds.
EXPOSURE 6,000-8,000 Individuals attend Orange Jubilee during an average year.
