Synopsis
It's awards season in
Hollywood and movie star Tyler Johnes is just dying to get to the
ceremonies. He's been nominated for Best Support Actor and is convinced
that he's a shoe-in for the award. So, when he wakes up in a dilapidated
bar on the day of the awards, Tyler is understandably confused. Adding to
that confusion is the only other occupant of the bar -- a strange old Irishman
who doesn't seem to appreciate the importance of the Oscars. Unexpected
appearances by Tyler's Oscar date, his agent, his estranged wife and a rival
actor further complicate his attempts to keep his appointment with
destiny.
