CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Great Lakes Theater Festival invites guests to eat, drink and be merry at a casual happy hour celebration with all the fixings followed by an evening of classic theater when it presents The Spring Flinga “cocktails and classic theater” event package on Wednesday, April 16th.

Commencing with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at 5:30 p.m. at Bricco, the Theater District’s newest restaurant (1438 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115), admission to the evening’s festivities includes a pair of intoxicating mini-martinis to taste, door prizes, food and an “A Level” ticket to the Festival’s spring production of All’s Well That Ends Well on the stage of the Ohio Theatre at 7:30 p.m.

William Shakespeare’s romantic adventure All’s Well That Ends Well asks the question: “What’s a girl to do when the man she wants to marry is unwilling to tie the knot…even when the King commands it?”  The play’s wise and witty Helena finds herself in precisely this predicament when the haughty courtier Bertram refuses to marry any woman below his station.  His resolute vow not to accept her as his wife until she fulfills two seemingly impossible conditions is put to the ultimate test in a clash of wills that is sure to delight.

Advanced reservations for The Spring Fling are required and space is limited.  Individual tickets to The Spring Fling are $50.  For reservations or additional information, call (216) 241-5490 x301 or visit www.greatlakestheater.org/cocktail.shtm.
