President Johnny K. Wu Invite you to the: 2008 OCAGC Summer Dinner Gala Fundraiser In partnership with the St. Clair Superior Development
Corporation’s Year of the Rat Unveiling Festival, OCAGC will host a
special dinner gala to raise funds for our continued effort in advocating for
social justice, promoting civic participation, and fostering cultural heritage
and more. Saturday, June 7, 2008, 6:00pm at Come join community leaders, public officials and the arts community
for a night of 12-Course Chinese cuisine, a “Year of the Rat”
statuette, a Silent Auction, Entertainment, Dancing and an opportunity to
network. Performances include: Middle Eastern Veil Dance by Nailah, Chinese
Cultural Dance by Yin Tang and colleagues, Aryavarta Kumar and the JACL’s
Icho Daiko Taiko Drummers, Rumba Dancing by William Wimer & Irene Rehberg,
Juggler Aaron Bonk, and others. Performances are sponsored by American Family
Insurance
Ticket prices are: $35/each for current 2008 OCA members and $45/each
for non-OCA members (Must be paid in advance before May 31, 2008). 10
