Audition Announcement!
The Olde Caravan
is seeking members for its 2008 core cast.
The Olde Caravan is holding auditions for our company! The Caravan is a Renaissance/Medieval faire act that provides entertainment, crafts and demonstrations to patrons in the format of a traveling caravan. We're seeking extraordinary additions to our troupe for the 2008 season!
There will be auditions the weekend of
April 12th and 13th
Noon- 5pm
in the Kent State University*
Main Campus Library**.
Participants are required to have some improvisational experience.
The audition will consist of a one-two minute monologue (period preferred but not required) and a demonstration of any other specializations: singing, dancing, juggling, fire breathing etc. Please bring a resume of experience and a headshot. If you don't have a headshot, prepare to be photographed at the audition.
Those chosen for the 2008 season will be given a contract for the Great Lakes Medieval Faire (Weekends July 5th- August 10th). All weekends are paid, plus tips.
