Aryavarta Kumar (Arya) wins a Bronze 2008 Telly for his score to the
independent feature film "The Rapture" (Rapture LLC). Score is

2008 -- Award winning composer Aryavarta Kumar (Arya) wins a Bronze 2008
Telly for his score to the independent feature film "The Rapture"
(Rapture LLC). The score blends Asian drumming music with western orchestra
to create a unique soundscape for the feature film.
This score marks another success in Arya's
collaboration with director Johnny Wu. The feature film "The
Rapture" premieres on May 10, 2008 at the Ohio Independent Film
Festival at 7 pm. Arya will perform with the Icho Daiko Japanese drummers
at the movie afterparty.
The soundtrack to "The Rapture" is

stores. The soundtrack CD features the award winning score to the Rapture
along with songs by independent artists The Morning After, Nelson Clemente,
