Companies sponsor, at various corporate levels, teams of students and coach them to success. Employees who want a volunteer experience do any or all of the following: coach their team before the day of the competition, judge an event, provide company materials or recruit students for jobs at the Opportunity Fair, participate as the audience in some events, and compete in the Corporate Team Challenge, side by side with the students.
