AT ST. IGNATIUS HIGH SCHOOL

SULLIVAN GYMNASIUM

SUNDAY, APRIL 27 at 6 p.m.

 

This is a unique concert featuring the Music Departments of two of Cleveland's finest private schools, St. Ignatius High School and Saint Joseph Academy.  Both of the school's choral and instrumental ensembles will be performing, featuring two a cappella groups, Men's Choir, Women's Choir, Orchestra, Handbell Choir, Jazz Orchestra, Symphonic Band and a Brass Quintet..  There will also be a rousing gospel finale including all performers.

 

The concert format is unique and dramatic, in that there will be no breaks for applause as the next ensemble begins their piece immediately after the one before ends, and the gymnasium will be in complete darkness save for the group performing.  This is a bi-annual concert that won't return until 2010, so don't miss it!
