(parents of girls entering 5th grade could contact Mr. Janson if they believe their daughters are especially theatrically experienced) AUGUST 4-15, 2008 (Mondays-Fridays) 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (currently 3/4
full) OR 1:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (sufficient

camp! Over 400 campers have enjoyed
this camp in its eight-year existence, and nearly all of them have returned each
summer they are eligible. It is a
four-hours-per-day, two-week camp that will introduce girls to the wonderful
world of Broadway Musicals.
Students will have the opportunity to perform solos and group numbers
throughout the camp, with a final performance for family and friends on the
final day. The emphasis will be on
singing and dancing (and making many new friends!), highlighting each girl's
individual strengths and talents in a Broadway style revue. Last year's campers had a blast and say
they all plan to return! This camp is directed by local Equity actor
Patrick Janson, who is also the Chair of the Performing Arts Department at
Cost of the camp is $215 and includes a music
book, a DVD of the final performance and a spiffy T-shirt. For more information please write to Mr.
Janson at pncjanson@xxxxxxx, or call
Maria Mueller at 216-251-4868 x 220 to receive a camp brochure and application,
or find the camp brochure online at www.sja1890.org The camp is filling up, so don't
delay! Wondering what's for Dinner Tonight? Get new twists on family favorites at AOL Food. |
