[NEohioPAL] Anyone else on Roadrunner webmail?

I am having two "challenges" related to neohiopal listserve messages and the Roadrunner webmail interface:

1. Occasionally, I am unable to forward messages (neohiopal ONLY) using the webmail interface. There's no apparent rhyme or reason to this.

2. Consistently, I am unable to get webmail filters to act on neohiopal messages (forward to another address, then delete).

Has anyone else using Roadrunner had experience with solving these issues? Again, I am having the problems only with the Roadrunner webmail interface.
