Re: clothing/tool allowance



Several years ago we provided out preparators with a $50 allowance for steel toe safety boots. We also provided hard hats and safety glasses. I think the boot allowance was discontinued but I don't know why. Some of these issues came up because preparators simply weren't be ing paid enough. We have more recently been talking about uniforms for such staff but it seems like another budgetary issue.
