Karen,
I have no job description on electronic
medium. I can send you a hard copy of our Preparator Job Description if you
would like.
We have an outdoor sculpture garden and
one of our Preparators cleans the sculptures one day every week. He cleans the
sculptures with a very mild detergent provided by our Conservation
Department and works with our Sculpture Conservator doing waxing and other
Conservation-type activities. There are nine buildings to our Museum and we have
sculptures outside three of them. It usually takes all day to do the
cleaning.
