I think there are very few problems with our PACIN list serve because it is
very well managed and controlled. For that matter it is not heavily
trafficked and when it is used the information provided is usually quite
excellent. If you compare PACIN to the 30 -40 + daily RCAAM list messages,
our traffic is practically nil. (This is not a commentary on the quality of
the RCAAM list - which is very useful - but is only intended to compare the
relative volumes of e-mails). So why should anyone become annoyed about a
mis-event that only occurs only once or twice a year? Bryan Cooke

Why does this happen should be your question not that it happens too much!
Computers are not perfect and so is this world we live in outside of the
cyber world. Everyone take a chill pill and deal with it a bit. Webmasters
deal with these problems all the time and if you think t happens a lot on
this site you should try being on others.
