Question about lighting timers

Hello, I have to install an illuminated sculpture in our gallery, and the
problem is that the piece should be on a timer, to respond to a video
playing in the same room.  I can't seem to find a timer that will allow me
to create a program for such small increments of time (it will go on and off
fairly frequently, on a scale of minutes).

Any help would be appreciated- I'm looking for a plug-in unit but a
wall-mounted unit would be fine as well, I suppose.
