I am unsure of where to order this, but, as you are aware, glass of  
that size would be a big mistake unless the piece is pastel, etc...  
Glass would be incredibly heavy, and basically ban the piece from ever  
traveling, etc.


There is an excellent framer in NYC, GK Framing, that could do this  
perfect for you, or maybe consult. Their phone: 212.431.0633 .
If you ask for Sarah, she really is most helpful with inquiries. I  
have had much luck with consults and framing from them.
