RE: [PRAM] Online auctions

A couple years ago we used ebay for an online auction.  We found that ebay gave the best results for big name auction items because much of the audience comes in from around the world when searching things on their site.  Also, people were really going there for a bargain and thus, the vacation or event-package auction items aren't best for ebay, and we still did a short live auction and that drove the most revenue.

Hello, PRAMers.

Curious if any of you have had experience with online auctions as a fundraiser? If so, whether you built the auction site in-house or used a service such as ebay or cmarket. Would love your feedback.

Thank you!

Eliza
