How do you track your institutional attendance and marketing/PR campaigns? I will taking over this responsibility (three cheers for PRAM) and would like to know best practices among my PRAM colleagues:

 

1.      What info/stats besides attendance do you track

2.      How do you tie-in marketing efforts: advertising and PR campaigns, promotions, viral, and zip codes

3.      Who do you share/report this info with and how often

4.      Software and tools used
