Re: [PRAM] Anyone posting event photos?

The Huntington Library (www.huntington.org) has a FLICR link on their home page.  They don’t have people from events posted

but they do have 27 of their own images from their Blue Boy Conservation project (and they indicate they will be putting more

photos up for other projects.)  I’d suggest you give them a call to see how they manage FLICKR uploads.

At Hillwood we showcase images of people from our events in snippets on our web site and within our email blasts, however, we have

signed photo releases from these individuals before publicizing them.  If we’ve not gotten a signed release we don’t use the photo.

We do show images of our Members freely on our website.

Subject: [PRAM] Anyone posting event photos?

We take a lot of photos at our events and programs and frequently get requests from people to be able to view them. I'm wondering if anyone posts their event photos and, if so, how? It's time-consuming to put them on our own site but it looks like photo sites like Flickr are about individual memberships (i.e., for people, not organizations) and Shutterfly seems to be all about selling images, which I don't really want to get into. Would appreciate any insights. Thanks.
