{Collins} Need help fixing KWM2-A

My 1960 or 1961 vintage KWM2-A works fine on receive but has no drive in Tune mode. The Tone
oscillator works ok and there is a nice looking 20 v pk to pk signal at the grid of V3A, the
cathode follower. However, the signal coming out looks rotten. It is a +5 v to +12v pk to pk
signal that looks more like a sawtooth than a sine wave. I've substituted V3 several times with
no change. I measure about 165 volts DC on the plate of V3 using a multimeter.

Any suggestions?
