This 11-pin connector is made by Amphenol.  It is readily available from 
Triode Electronics (Chicago area)
The 86-3-13 and 86-3-24 covers can be used with Type S sockets and 86CP type 
plugs for making "umbilical cords".

Triode has the 4, 5, 6 , 8 and 11 pin Amphenol / WPI Plugs & Sockets (still
