{Collins} eBay people

I wouldn't be too quick to characterize anyone with a high number of
transactions on ebay as a crook. For every bad apple, there's hundreds of
perfectly honest individuals doing business on ebay who live by the old
sales axiom, "The customer is always right." I have found some red star
power sellers who went out of their way to make right an errant transaction.
The key is their feedback ratio, or + percentage. Anyone who has better
than 98% positive (2% negative) is, by all rights and measures a safe
person to deal with. While I'll admit, the ebay feedback system has it's
flaws, it is overall, a good way to tell whether you'll get an item in the
condition it was described.
