{Collins} 312A-1 Terminal Covers???

Did ALL Collins 312A1 speakers come from the factory with covers over =
the rear terminal? I have seen two that do not have the covers, or =
screws holes to mount them. Recently I seen a 312A-1 with a cover over =
the rear terminals with two mounting screws on each side.
