{Collins} Re: collins310A

Good evening from Melbourne Paul,
I have a 310 C2 that had a similar problem with the glass......if the dial
layout is the same, I have a pdf file of one, which can be printed on to an
adhesive type paper and attached to a new piece of glass.
The glass cracking is a common problem, as those clamps that hold it in
place are easy to over tighten.
All of the above is premised on your 310A Dial being the same as the 310C
2, sorry I can't be more definitive.
Any how Paul, if you don't get a better offer, let me know and I'll send
you the pdf file.
The above tip was very kindly passed on to me by Phil, W5BVB from down
Texas way.
Regards,
Carl VK3EMF
