{Collins} CW filter ID?

I got a bonus with the 75S-1 in the form of a
non-mentioned CW filter.  It works, but I can't ID it.
 It has a Q in the 455F number, and the other number
is, if memory serves, 526-9068-00.  Is this a 400hz
filter or what?
