Quick way or long term solution?
Quick way: tighten the set screw on the back of the tuning bar.
re-tighten periodically.
Long term: Remove the tuning unit and disassemble. Watch for ball
bearings!!!
Clean and degrease.
Lubricate bearings, slides and rollers with white lithium grease. Dust the
slugs with a little talcum powder.
Enjoy smooth, trouble free tuning that feels like it just left the factory.
