{Collins} Re: KWM 2A Low Output

The Tone Osc. is used in the Tune and CW modes only, It is used to 
generate an /audio/ tone for tune up purposes, and for CW transmission. 
This rig has low output when modulating normally in SSB, and thus the 
Tone Osc. tube has no effect on the problem, as it is not used in this mode.

The rig is scheduled for a field alignment today, so will see what the 
outcome of that is.
