Why not just get some US greenbacks and stick them in a plain envelope?
That's gotta be cheaper than paypal, or any other method of sending
payments..

I have several dealers in Japan who re-sell my knob inlays and periodically
get a regular air-mail envelope with (several) crisp hundred dollar bills.
Never lost one yet.
