YES INDEED REPLACE ALL THE CAPS!!!
The dual electrolytic is no longer available and replaced with 2 
seperates. I think it's Surplus Sales sells a cap kit and there is a 
schematic on the Reflector or I can send you a PDF file.
The dual section is rated at 15 uf between L2 and L3 (C5A) and 30 uf 
between L3 and R6 (C5B) at 400 vdc. The cap off pin 8 (C1) is .05 uf at 
1000 vdc.
Some folks replace all the load resistors also but mine are still going 
strong.
My caps shorted taking out L1 and L2...an expensive proposition!!!
I'll just send you the schematic. ok?
