{Collins} Re: 516-F2 extra black wire - Help?



Kent,
AC Inputs on the dual-primary, 117/240 AC transformers are Black-White, and Brown-Green are paired. You should see some resistance between each pair. Normal connection shows the BLK-BRN go to P1-pin 5, and WHT-GRN go to the hot AC line. In your case, both black leads go together and terminate at P1-5.
