{Collins} 32S3 voltage measurement

Hello list,

Would someone please measure the -volts on the green/white wire that is 
attached to the cw cal pot or the keying shape pot. You will get 
somewhere around -25 volts or slightly more.

This would be done with the transmitter on and in the cw mode and not keyed.
