First off: PLEASE SEND ALL ADMINISTRATIVE QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS TO THE

Please DO NOT send them to the whole list.  The List Administrator  
volunteers are capable of answering your questions and are there to  
serve you!

In the instance of "excessing bounces," this can happen when a  
subscriber's mailbox is full, or if their ISP rejects emails for any  
reason.  If an account gets three consecutive bounces, the  
subscription will be disabled, and a notice will be sent.  The notice  
received in this case is not spam, but an indicator of an email  
problem.  If a subscription is ever disabled for this reason, try to  
fix the email problem, then re-subscribe!

Every so often, we post the "Pocket Guide" to the reflector so  
subscribers will know where to go in case of problems or to have  
questions answered.  As this response is going to the whole list, here
