SB-1 was issued on February 27, 1967. revised on 5-11-67 and again on 9-29-67. SB-2 was issued on  August 15, 1968 and referred to units made approximately prior to June 1, 1968. 

Check the crystals for date codes to determine if you unit had these mods installed. I would guess that any unit made after these dates had them installed. Get the Service Bulletins and check your unit to determine if they are installed.
