Subject: {Collins} can this cabinet be used for collins stuff? I wonder

steel cabinet with six louvers on each side totally open back with hinged top cabinet opening

13 3/4 deep 12 3/8 high 21 1/4 wide exterior

front designed for standard 19 inch wide by 8 inch rack panel equipment unit with appropriate tapped screw holes for holding unit in cabinet

Its curious that the cabinet is so high for only an 8" rack space. The older receivers and transmitters mostly have 10-3/4" panels. Is there perhaps an adaptor panel screwed to the front? The cabinet height is about right for a cabinet for a normal height panel.
