I'd go with 2.1,  3.1 and 6.0 kHz filters.  That way, if things get tight on 
AM, -OR- wide on SSB, use the stock 3.1 kHz filter.  In my opinion, this 
set-up gives you the best of both worlds for SSB & AM.
